Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to an error on our part (you received the wrong or defective item, etc.), we will also pay for return shipping.

You should receive your refund within four weeks of handing the package over to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive your refund sooner. We can ship to almost any address in the world. Please note that some products have restrictions and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

We offer standard shipping on all orders placed on the Mozsly Online Store. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays).
